Salary & Wage Tax Returns Onlyphone

This service is available for standard tax returns which is salary/wage and deductions only.

Current clients may be able to complete their tax return via telephone if they have investment properties.
Please contact us.

If you have other income such as business, rental or capital
gains our phone service does not cater for these additional
items due the the extra documents and complexity involved.

Please Note:
– Make sure you are close to your telephone contact number 10 minutes prior to arranged appointment time.
– Try and have relevant documentation at hand.
– Allow approximately 1/2 hour to complete the interview.

OUR TELEPHONE PROCESS

STEP 1 – Interview
We will guide you through the interview process which will address all related questions regarding your tax return.

 

STEP 2 – Documentation
Extra documentation if required can be received by us if necessary via facsimile or email attachments.  Usually no documentation will need to be sighted.

 

STEP 3 – Check
Your draft tax return can be sent to you via email for prior checking to make sure everything is included from the phone interview.

 

STEP 4 – Review & Lodge
After reviewing all the details provided we can then lodge* your tax return after we obtain consent by you.

 

STEP 5 – Completed Tax Return
We will send your completed tax return via post and also email a copy to you as a PDF document if requested.

 

STEP 6 – ATO Refund/Tax Payable
Within 2 weeks* refund processed by ATO and deposited into your nominated bank account.
Your assessment notice will arrive from the ATO 2-3 weeks after lodgment date.

* Dependent on ATO processing times.

If requested new clients can be emailed a checklist for gathering relevant documentation prior to appointment.

Electronic lodgement can only go ahead after:

  1. We have received your signed authorisation via fax, post or email.
  2. Payment has been made and verified via: direct deposit / internet transfer / credit card payment / fee from refund or cheque via post.
