Our Fees

You will find our fees competitively priced while also providing you with the flexibility of appointment times and your choice of location.  We provide the option to have our fee deducted from your refund before transferring it directly to your bank account ($5 administration fee applies).  Students under 18 from only $60.

Payment is required after appointment.

A 20% deposit is required for work estimated over $200 not including fee from refund tax returns.

An account may be established for business clients on approval.

A late fee of $10 will be applied for payments outside of agreed terms.

Fee from refund

If a refund is estimated, our fee can be deducted from your anticipated refund then transferred directly into your nominated bank account^ ($5 processing fee applies)


Turnaround for refunds is usually within 14 days.*

^ As soon as your refund arrives from the ATO to our trust bank account we will deposit to your account.

Payment & Refund Policy

As part of our engagement as your tax agent, our fees and quotes are stated at time of interview.
By us starting and completing work after this time you agree to pay for work conducted based on either a set quoted amount or estimated fee.
No refunds can therefore be issued for work in progress payments, work that has been completed or after submission of tax returns.
If an amendment is required additional fees may be payable.
For business clients you can find further details of our company policy in your letter of engagement with us.

Online Payments

If payment is made online you will receive an email confirmation (if provided) from either Paypal (Paypal account) or eWay (secure server for credit card payments).
Please allow 5-10 minutes for your email confirmation to be sent. Remember to check your junk mail folder first if you have not received this email as sometimes new email may go automatically there as a safety precaution.

Outstanding Accounts

Payment terms are stated on our invoice.  If payment is not made or agreed upon within these terms issued on invoice further action may be taken to recover unpaid monies including associated legal costs.

 

ATO REFUND CHEQUES CEASED FROM 1st JULY 2013

From 1st July 2013 the ATO now requires all refunds to be issued electronically to your nominated bank account. Please have your bank account details available during interview. Depending on your payment option refunds will then be issued via our trust account (fee from refund) or directly from the ATO.
