ANSWER
We will get back to you with an answer after payment has been received and within 24 hours to 48 hours depending on the complexity of your question.
If you need clarification on our answer we are happy to assist with no further charge.
We will be as detailed as needed due to the scope and nature of the question.
Additional questions and ‘What If’ scenarios may lead to further fees.

RECEIPT
You will be issued with a PDF tax receipt upon payment (claimable as a tax deduction).

Who can use this service?

This service is available if you are not a current client and have a tax related question.

Is this service open 24/7

YES!  You can send a message at any time although to receive an answer within 24 hours please post your question anytime Monday to Friday.
Send your question before 2pm on Friday to receive an answer on Saturday otherwise questions will be answered the following Monday.
If you send an email on or before a public holiday, your answer or quote will be emailed the next business day.

Can Taximiser answer any tax question

Some questions may not be able to be answered.  There will be no charge for these questions.
Only general superannuation questions can be answered as we do not employ a superannuation specialist in this office.

Please note: More detail may be required so make sure you include all the information you can regarding your circumstances or it may take longer than 24 hours to respond.
We will email you if further information is required.

What is the fee?

Depending on the complexity of your questions our fees start from $20 (incl. GST).
We will let you know the estimated fee and if you wish to proceed via email.
Payment will be due after we receive confirmation that you wish us to proceed in answering your question.
An invoice will then be issued when payment has been received.
